This because this website is made up for (new) bands, and their fans. The website gives you the permission to buy ($10) a part of the cd of the band you want (you are a 'believer'), so you have faith in the band.
After this, if the band finds 5000 believers, they will make a limited CD, special made for sellaband-believers.
